Return policy

Volura accepts returns or exchanges of items purchased on our website within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Any sign of damage will void Volura's warranty
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

If you're shipping an item valued at more than €75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notifying you that we've received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

It often takes some time for refunds to reach financial institutions (2-3 days is normal). If you still haven't received your refund after this time, please email us at support@volura.de and give us the opportunity to investigate further.

Gifts

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a request to our email team support@volura.de .

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to accept your claim. When reviewing damage or return requests, we use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation.
